Younicorn (formerly Personal Brand Institute) is a strategic consulting boutique, offering support in value management, building employee-engaging cultures, leadership development and trust-based communication.

The task of the Kreska Studio was to design the logo and visual identity of the newly created company. Brief, prepared by the client, indicated that the logo design should avoid associations with a unicorn. I focused on the first part of the Younicorn name and proposed a design with which the founders of the company identify. The letter Y is a construction, e.g. like a bridge; has links, e.g. like relationships. It is associated with building, creating, stable foundation, balance of strength. Strongly interacts. She is determined and firm. She can be trusted. The Younicorn logo is a really strong symbol. Visual identification develops its interpretation.
