Younicorn (formerly Personal Brand Institute) is a strategic consulting boutique, offering support in value management, building employee-engaging cultures, leadership development and trust-based communication.
The task of Kreska Studio was to design a logo and visual identity of the newly created company. The brief, prepared by the client, indicated that the logo design should avoid associations with a unicorn. I focused on the first part of the Younicorn name and proposed a design with which the founders of the company could identify. The letter Y is a construction, e.g. like a bridge; has links, e.g. like relationships.It is associated with building, creating, a stable foundation, a balance of power and, what is important for the Client, following the model of awareness of Richard Barrett’s work organization. The Younicorn logo is a really strong symbol. The visual identification enriches, develops and deepens the interpretation of the sign.
